How to Use

Before bathing or showering, use the Hydrea Detox Body Brush on dry skin, beginning at your feet and brushing upwards towards the heart using long, sweeping strokes. Use gentle circular movements on the abdomen and avoid broken or irritated skin.

In the bath or shower, massage the Sea Buckthorn Detox Scrub onto damp skin using firm circular motions before sweeping upwards towards the heart. Rinse thoroughly and follow with your favourite Bloom body moisturiser or body oil for beautifully soft, nourished skin.
